CallScripter Training
CallScripter offer an extensive range of training packages tailored to meet your individual requirements. From simple introductory courses to advanced script building techniques, we will ensure you are fully equipped to use CallScripter to maximum benefit.
Basic CallScripter training covers 2 days and includes, amongst other areas, the following:
- Introductory overview to the CallScripter Suite
- Creation of customers and scripts
- Testing scripts in development mode and moving them to live status
- Viewing and manipulating individual Agent and Contact Centre stats
- Custom designing script backgrounds
- Outbound Campaign Manager
- Creation, editing, scheduling and running reports
Advanced CallScripter training is bespoke to your organisation's needs and content will be set after discussion with our Training Department to ascertain your individual requirements.
The Basic SQL course will teach delegates how to utilise SQL functionality within CallScripter controls, as well as how to create and manage tables within the SQL Management Studio.
