Third Party Integrations
CallScripter’s unique interface and design is based upon open standards, allowing for easy integration with
third party contact centre applications such as PAF software, voice recording and online credit card processing.
Whether you require us to undertake integration projects on your behalf, or simply help to assist your own team of developers,
CallScripter has the knowledge and experience to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Examples of typical projects we have undertaken recently include:
Postcode Software
CallScripter interfaces with all of the main PAF software providers. Our current install base includes the
following versions:
- Capscan: NearCode, MatchCode, ZapCode
- Allies Computing: Postcode Rapid, Postcode Light
- QAS: QuickAddress Pro (Version 5)
- GB Group: GB Accelerator Address

Direct Debits
Similar to the PAF software, CallScripter offers a user-friendly interface to the Bank Wizard and Bank Finder
software packages that assist contact centres with the collection of information for setting up direct debits.
Once the agent has entered the bank account number and sort code, the Bank Wizard returns the bank details and confirms that the
account accepts direct debits. This not only saves time, but also cuts out any room for human error.
Bank Wizard is supplied by Eiger Systems, and Bank Finder is a product of AFD Software.
Credit Card Processing
CallScripter can be used to capture credit card details and also performs ‘real-time’ checking and processing
of payments by utilising online card processing platforms. As with the postcode and direct debit packages, this promises to be seamless
and the agent never has to leave the script.
We are currently working alongside a number of providers, all of which are used within our sister company, the Ansaback call centre.
Current integrations include:

- Protx/Sage Pay: VSP Direct
- Datacash
Further integrations will be added during 2010.
Telephony/CTI Integration
As a completely independent provider of call centre software, we are often called upon to provide integration over a wide and varied
range of telephony platforms.
The main functionality required is for CTI to enable the ‘screen popping’ of inbound calls and the preview dialing of outbound records.
As standard we provide this functionality via a TAPI interface (implemented as an Active X control sitting in the main executer screen)
with the phone system.
As CallScripter is a web-based application, it is also possible to ‘pop’ scripts via the firing of a URL. This
function is becoming increasingly more common, especially with the advent of the soft switch.
