Smart Gov 2010
10 Jun 2010
CallScripter will be attending the Smart Gov show, taking place at London’s ExCeL Centre on the 15th and 16th June 2010.
This is our third year that we shall be showcasing our products at the exhibition, and although there is widespread concern about the as yet unknown Government cut-backs we are confident that our solution can help Public Sector contact centres survive the challenging times.
With the on-going recession increasing the need for streamlined processes and reduced costs, CallScripter is determined to continually demonstrate that we are one of the most effective and affordable providers, whilst never compromising on quality of service.
Situated on stand E13 there will be demos taking place throughout the day, highlighting specifically how contact centre organisations can benefit from our versatile and flexible scripting application.
We have recently added another language translation to our installations, taking us to a total of 9 languages. Already encompassing UK English, Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Turkish, Ukrainian and Russian, Hungarian is our latest addition. In today’s culturally diverse communities and societies, having multi-lingual applications and the ability to switch between said applications, with real-time analytics, is a genuine advantage to any call centre, and a service which CallScripter is proud to offer as standard.
Kevin Ellis, Sales Director of CallScripter, commented: “The whole team is looking forward to the show next week. Exhibitions are a great way for us to interact with prospects, and meeting face-to-face always seems to ensure a great client/CallScripter relationship. We look forward to welcoming you onto the stand and showcasing our innovative software.”
